Dynamic Health Services was founded by Diane Haupt, MS, PT with a mission to provide quality one-on-one services to a wide spectrum of the population in an unmatchable manner with a philosophy promoting education for prevention and an individualized approach to treatment, enabling patients to return to the most functional lifestyle possible and peak physical performance. During her 17 years of clinical practice working with athletes and active individuals, she has been successful in identifying the underlying causes of sub-optimal physical function, training limitations, and the pain that often results. She earned her B.S. degree in Sportsmedicine from the University of Virginia and a M.S. degree in Physical Therapy from Old Dominion University. Also, she constantly expands her knowledge base by attending a variety of conferences in her field.
She is currently active in running, cycling, and triathlons, having recently completed the Ironman Triathlon World Championship held in Kona, Hawaii. Her experience as an athlete, coach, and physical therapist gives her a unique perspective to provide effective and efficient solutions to return individuals to the highest level of function possible. Furthermore, her expertise in biomechanics, including analysis of specific movements necessary for sports and other physical activities, allows her to develop plans that restore and enhance peak function. Sustaining client activity while achieving body balance and optimum alignment during movement results in improved flexibility, mobility, strength and power- all crucial elements for excellence in sport and life. She uses her educational background, personal experience, and clinical skills to create solutions that allow her clients to achieve their goals.
