Directions

To reach our facility from 264, exit Rosemont Rd South towards Virginia Beach Blvd. Turn right on Virginia Beach Blvd. Go approximately .3 miles and turn left at the stoplight on Little Neck Road (Home Depot will be on your right) Take the first left into the 397 Office Park. We are located in the first floor of the 3300 building in the Fitness 24-7 Center. Ring the doorbell and a friendly staff member will greet you!
