We submit to all insurance companies, including auto, work and school related accidents, and out- of-network health carriers. Our office staff is happy to assist you by billing directly to your insurance company, where you will be responsible for only the deductible and co- insurance/co-payment, if applicable.

If you are not sure whether we are in-network with your insurance company or not, please call us. We will contact your insurance for you, to find out what your physical therapy benefits would be for our office. Furthermore, many insurance carriers now require physical therapy to be pre-authorized or pre- certified. We will handle all authorizations for you before starting treatment. In order to do this, we ask that you provide us with your insurance information before scheduling your first appointment.
