We'll sit down and discuss your goals and any concerns you may have and perform a detailed assessment of your current anthropometrics, biomechanics, strength, flexibility, and power. Then we'll create an individualized program that addresses your specific needs and goals. By using the program, you'll move effectively and efficiently towards your goals while reducing the risk of setbacks, failure and injury. All sessions are one-on- one with a licensed Physical Therapist and held in our private gym.
